The White Rubber Bone (Japanese: ゴムボーン（白） Gomubōn (shiro)) is an item in Nintendogs and Nintendogs + Cats that falls under the category of "Sports" in the Supplies. It is simply a white rubber bone that can be chewed by dogs, and thrown around the room.
In Nintendogs, there is an engraving of the logo in green letters that can be seen on the front, and would later be removed in the Chinese version of the video game and Nintendogs + Cats.

- In Nintendogs, the White Rubber Bone can be found uncommonly on walks as a present. It sells for $1.60 at the Secondhand Shop.
- In Nintendogs + Cats, the White Rubber Bone is exclusive to Golden Retriever & New Friends and can be purchased at the menu BARC for $4. It sells for $2 at the Secondhand Shop.

Trivia[]
- When a dog bites into the White Rubber Bone in Nintendogs, it sounds as though it is chewing a crystal-like object. In addition, the bone also makes a spring-like sound when it hits something in the room.
- In Nintendogs + Cats, this was fixed.
- The White Rubber Bone is the only bone color available in every version of Nintendogs.
- It is the only rubber bone that returns in the sequel.
