The Surprise Cookies/Surprise Biscuits (Japanese: びっくりクッキー Bikkuri kukkī) is a food item in Nintendogs + Cats that falls under the category of "Care" in the Supplies. They are tan biscuit treats with jagged edges all around the side and a red exclamation mark in the middle. Stuffed in a magenta checkered bag, they can be fed to pets as a reward for behaving on walks and are used to help learn tricks. What's unique about these treats is that they make a pet's voice high-pitched for a short amount of time.
While these treats are labeled as “Dog Biscuits”, they are enjoyed by both kittens and puppies.

How to Obtain[]
Surprise Cookies can be found uncommonly on walks as a present. There is a chance to find them on every route. These treats can also be obtained from the Pedometer after 1,000-1,999 steps. They sell for $4 at the Secondhand Shop.
