The Soccer Ball/Football (Japanese: サッカーボール Sakkābōru) is an item in Nintendogs and Nintendogs + Cats that falls under the category of "Sports" in the Supplies. It is an average soccer ball with the Nintendo logo printed on the front. The logo is removed in Nintendogs + Cats. Like the Beach Ball, the Soccer Ball cannot be chewed on by puppies as it is too big. It can be pushed around, however.

- In Nintendogs, the Soccer Ball can be found uncommonly on walks as a present. It sells for $6 at the Secondhand Shop.
- In Nintendogs + Cats, it can be purchased at BARC after reaching 8,200 Owner Points or playing for 27 days. It sells for $12 at the Secondhand Shop.
