The Red Bell Collar (Japanese: 鈴の首輪 (赤) Suzu no kubiwa (aka)) is an item in Nintendogs + Cats that falls under the category of "Accessories" in the Supplies. It is made thinner than the usual collars and attached is a little bell that makes noise when equipped to a pet. Although the description suggests it was intended for kittens to wear, it's possible to put it on puppies too. It is one of four collars in the Bell Collar collection.
