The Jumping-Fish Cat Wand (Japanese: ジャンピング・フィッシュ Janpingu fisshu) is an item in Nintendogs + Cats that falls under the category of Toys in the Supplies. It resembles a fishing pole with a stuffed orange fish attached to the end of the string. This toy is made specifically for kittens and when presented to them, they will playfully swat at the mouse. While puppies may play bow or bark at this toy, they will not acknowledge it most of the time.

How to Obtain[]
The Jumping-Fish Cat Wand is exclusive to Toy Poodle & New Friends and can be purchased at the menu BARC for $8 after reaching 5,000 Owner Points or playing for 19 days. In other versions, it can be obtained via StreetPass. It sells for $3 at the Secondhand Shop.
