The Nintendogs Jack Russell Relay mode is a rare European distribution cartridge that was used in events around Europe.

Each Relay cart contained producer Shigeru Miyamoto's save information and the Pair of Star Sunglasses promo gift, which were hard-programmed into them. If players took their dog for a walk via Bark Mode during the event, they would meet his Jack Russell Terrier named Jack. Players would also get a special White Record message from Miyamoto.
