The Fairy Tale Style (Japanese: メルヘンスタイル Meruhensusutairu) house is a home remodel style from Modo Home in Nintendogs + Cats. It is available at the beginning in all versions. It is free to remodel in Toy Poodle & New Friends while in other versions, it costs $1,000.

The Fairy Tale style home displays pearl-pink walls, frosty glass windows with fuschia curtains and hanging plants, wood flooring in a zigzag pattern, and a flowery rug. There are floral designs scattered all across the room, such as rose-patterned pillows, a small red potted caladium, and a vase of coral-colored blossoms on the vanity. There is also a considerable amount of wrought ironwork such as an intricate bubblegum-pink bed frame and chandelier.
This house appears to be at least two stories tall because it has a balcony which is visible through window-pane doors in the back of the room.
A small bedroom is situated behind two pillars on one side of the room, and the front door is somewhat visible through an opening on another side of the room.
When a kitten goes out to find a present, it may go out onto the balcony through the window-pane doors.
